Washington National Cathedral will remove the Confederate Flag from its windows
The National Cathedral in D.C. announced it’ll remove part of two stained glass windows that depict Confederate flags and generals Thomas Stonewall Jackson and Robert E. Lee. The church said they will no longer, “honor the systematic oppression of African-Americans.” Additionally, they are taking action to address whiteness in the church.
Any memorials honoring traitors must be destroyed.
